Four ways we help
From first idea to the moment a family walks in.
We’re game designers, toy inventors and hospitality people. We design what makes a stay unforgettable for kids and teens, and then we make it happen.
-
Strategy & proposition
Know exactly who your family offer is for, and why it wins.
We study your hotel, your guests and your competitors. Then we shape a clear family proposition that fits your brand.
What you get
- An audit of your family offer and guest journey
- Insight into both audiences: young guests and the parents who book
- A family proposition that fits your brand
- Playbooks and go-to-market plans
-
Experiences for kids and teens
Moments kids remember. Programmes teens actually want to join.
We design for the whole stay: before arrival, at check-in, during the stay and after check-out. Teens get an offer of their own, not an extension of the kids’ club.
What you get
- Signature experiences and hospitality touchpoints
- Programmes for teens, designed with them in mind
- Ideas taken from first insight to launch
-
Amenities & activations
Things families photograph, share and come back for.
We design hospitality ideas and supply knock-out gifts that help hotels stand out, from the welcome amenity to collectible loyalty concepts.
What you get
- Welcome amenities and gifts for kids and teens
- Collectible loyalty concepts
- Seasonal activations and events
- Digital and location-based experiences
- Screenery™ themed rooms: Discover Screenery
-
Partnerships
The best of the kids’ world, in your hotel.
We know the brands behind the toys, games and books that kids love. We match the right partner to your guests and your brand.
What you get
- Brand partners chosen for your hotel
- Access to our network across hospitality, toys, play, publishing and design
Why it pays
Better reviews
Happy kids mean relaxed parents. Relaxed parents write the reviews you want.
Longer stays, bigger spend
Families who feel welcome stay longer, come back, add extras and spend more on food and drink.
Loyalty that starts young
Win kids over and you gain a brand ambassador for years.
A reason to choose you
Kids’ amenities are often overlooked, even in luxury hotels. Be the hotel that gets it right.
A Cornell University School of Hotel Administration study found 12% more overall revenue for hotels with targeted family amenities. The study is cited in The Global Kids Hospitality Report 2025.
How we work
What you can expect from us.
Every hotel is different, so every project is too. These five ideas stay the same.
Deep, not slow.
We think hard, but we don’t make a meal of the process.
Ideal, not idealistic.
We go all-in with imagination and keep it real.
Open minds.
We bring experience, not ready-made answers.
Together is better.
We hold independent views and work very closely with your team.
Guests first.
Good outcomes for kids, teens and parents are how we measure success.
Happy kids. Happy parents. Happy hotels.

Questions
Questions hotels ask.
We’re a city hotel. Is this for us?
Yes. Families take city breaks too, and city hotels rarely cater for them well. Many of our clients are London city hotels.
Will a kids’ offer dilute our luxury brand?
Not when it is done well. We design to your brand. At The Beaumont, the brief was to define what luxury means to kids.
We already have a kids’ club. What else is there?
A kids’ club is one room. We look at the whole stay, from booking to the memories after check-out, and we give teens an offer of their own.
Do you only advise, or do you deliver?
Both. We take ideas from insight to launch, and we supply amenities and Screenery themed rooms.
Do you work with teens as well as kids?
Yes. Teens shape family travel decisions. We design for them as young adults, not as big kids.
Where are you based?
We have bases in London, Switzerland and the US.
How do we start?
Tell us about your hotel. We will reply by email and suggest a first conversation.
Ready to impress your youngest guests?
Tell us about your hotel and what you want to achieve. We’ll take it from there.
