Privacy policy

This page explains what we do with the details you send us through this website. We keep it short and plain.

Who we are

This website belongs to Wanderland London (“Wanderland”, “we”). Our registered company name, company number and registered office will appear here before the site goes live. You can contact us about your data at alicia@wanderland.london.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us:

We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising tools on this website. Our hosting provider keeps short technical logs (for example IP addresses) to run the site and keep it secure.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you and, if you ask, to talk about working together. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or the steps you ask us to take before a contract. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this website and our email:

These providers can process data outside the UK. When they do, they use safeguards that UK law recognises.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a project follows. Then we keep what the project needs for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Email alicia@wanderland.london. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk (opens in a new tab).

Children

This website is for hotels and other businesses. We do not knowingly collect details from children.

We link to other websites, such as kidshospitality.org, screenery.design, Substack, LinkedIn and Instagram. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
