Saar Shai and Alicia Zur-Szpiro are Wanderland’s co-founders and Directors. They go as well together as husband and wife, fish and chips, please and thank you and rock and roll.

With a background in game design, toy invention, kids publishing and entrepreneurship, Saar and Alicia are seasoned designers, creatives, strategists and communicators.

Jason Loik is Wanderland’s Creative Director. Jason is the lead sculptor and brand evangelist for Hasbro’s Play-Doh, a seasoned toy inventor and celebrated designer. What Jason doesn’t know about the world of toys and play isn’t worth knowing.

Jason Pirock is the Head of Marketing for Springboard Hospitality, one of North America's top 50 hotel management companies. Jason has built marketing strategies for hotels across the world over the past decade. He knows the world of hospitality inside and out and is our guru when it comes to all things hotels.

Ian Pask is one of the UK's most respected and seasoned Hoteliers with 25 years at the helm of some of Marriott's finest luxury hotels, and management roles at IHG, Ramada and Copthorne Hotels.

Michael Zur-Szpiro is one of the UK's foremost brand strategists and creative thinkers, creating some of the UK's most beloved and recognised brands. Founder of venturethree and previously at Wolff Olins and Boston Consulting Group.

Jason Craparo (yes, our 3rd Jason): Entrepreneur, Private Pilot (Cessna/Piper + Aerobatics), Father of 3, Babson College MBA, Entrepreneur-In-Residence @ Villanova University.

Norah Davis brings deep hospitality expertise and proven marketing & product leadership across global companies like Meta, OS Benefits, and NW Fitness Project. Bonus points: 10+ years of operational restaurant experience.
